Frequently asked questions
What is the cost of sessions?
My rate is $85 USD per 50-minute session.
How can I pay for sessions?
I accept payment via Zelle. You’ll receive instructions after scheduling your first session.
Do you accept insurance?
I don’t work directly with insurance companies, as staying out-of-network allows me to offer therapy that’s more flexible, individualized, and focused on your unique needs—without the limitations that often come with insurance billing. This means we can collaborate more freely, without needing to assign a diagnosis or meet specific criteria for coverage. I strive to offer a rate that reflects the time, training, and care I bring to each session, while remaining accessible to those seeking support.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
All sessions are 100% virtual and conducted through Google Meet, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This means you can attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space—as long as you’re physically located in Washington State at the time of your session.
Can I work with you if I live outside of Washington?
At this time, I can only work with clients who are physically located in Washington State at the time of each session. This is due to state licensing laws for mental health counselors. Even if you are a Washington resident, you must be physically present in the state during our sessions.
What are your hours?
I currently offer sessions during early-morning and mid-afternoon hours. My availability may shift over time, but I’ll share current openings during our consultation and do my best to find a time that works for you.
