Relational & Attachment-Informed Therapy

Needing connection is part of being human, and so is struggling with it.

Many people begin therapy with a sense that something in their relationships or emotional life feels difficult to understand or change. You may notice recurring patterns, feel unsure how to express your needs, or find yourself pulled between caring for others and staying connected to yourself.

Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with curiosity. Together, we can work toward greater emotional clarity, more secure ways of relating, and relationships that feel more balanced and sustainable.

My work focuses on helping clients recognize recurring patterns and the emotional strategies that once supported connection, such as over-functioning, people-pleasing, or withdrawal. Then, we work together to begin developing more flexible and authentic ways of relating.

I often work with clients navigating relationship stress, emotional over-responsibility, difficult family dynamics, or the impact of relational rupture or loss.

I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients and individuals who find themselves giving more than they receive in their relationships.

I offer virtual therapy for adults in both English and Spanish through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
